★ S.A.S.H by Night ★
Starting things at night this week is our other resident direkky/selekky; Matt Weir. Matt will be opening The Lair this week and warming up for our special guest Gorge, who is making his S*A*S*H return!
The Maze this week is looking very sleazy with the return of Casper Yuill and Donald Leicester. Both these lads know this room and how it’s done so be sure to pop your head into The Maze for a slice of groovy house.
The Den plays host to a couple of blokes making the journey down from Newcastle; Jacques K opens things with the deepest of stripped back grooves and Tom Massey follows suit.
Jamie Palmer opens The Terrace, warming things up in the red room before another special guest; all will be revealed come Sunday evening.
★ Gorge ★
Gorge aka. Pit Waldmann has been a musician, DJ and producer for more than 18 years. Gorge started out playing drums and piano but at the end of the 80’s, beginning of the 90’s he became inspired by the upcoming electronic dance music scene, which changed his path from being a live musician to a DJ and producer.
At the same time, Gorge was co-running 8bit Records together with his partner Nick Curly “official” along with his second imprint Katchuli Records. Both labels received worldwide credibility over the last years and the so called “Mannheim sound” changed the minimal trend back to deep groovy house music.
