The end of the year has come about, and don’t for one second think that it’s tools down and off to Bali you go… absolutely not. In fact, we’re so far behind that we’re pulling Sunday shifts! No ifs, no buts, jobs got to get done!
Yup, we’re adding Sunday shifts to the get the job done and subcontracting out a heap of work to a stack of Sydney's services.
Niko Maxen is getting the keys to the digger for the heavy lifting this week, he’s been known for extensive smoko breaks and heading to Bunnings to buy long weights. Sunday shift for you, mate.
LADCAT spends most of his time looking for a left-handed screwdriver while on site and hasn’t picked up a broom since his mum booted out of home at 35… Sunday shift going your way.
More commonly known as Nah-nez for his overwhelming under enthusiasm, Yanez has about 2 weeks of outstanding work to do in one Sunday afternoon, good luck chief.
Finally, opening the jobsite, no doubt packing an extra large Monster energy drink in some flavour consisting of a combination of exotic fruits and as well as a hangover that would no doubt put most large scale mammals into a coma is Veda… Standard Sunday shift behaviour really.

… then comes the night shift. Those strange creatures that haven’t seen sunlight in multiple years and the only reason they are still continuing the soul crushing night work is that it’s the only way they can continue to fund their mobile phone gambling addictions.
Fueled by Marlboro Red ciggies with the butt cut in half, Late Night Le Brond is now entering his 43rd year of contracting out to night shift work. He is most commonly found telling apprentices how in his day hard hats were something you used when you didn’t want to contract an STD and sneaking off to drink Jim Beam straight from the bottle in the work ute.
We’re certain Luca doesn’t get his energy from the copious amounts of of energy drinks he consumes, but you can certainly hear him coming from a mile away by the ringing of his mobile phone pokie app that he never puts down.
Jay isn’t his birth name, he gets his name from the smell of his cologne. Always bringing the best packed lunches, don’t expect him to move quickly but certainly the easiest to get along with on site.
