Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Refunds are only available in the following cases:
The event has been cancelled.
The event has been rescheduled.
As required by Australian Consumer Law. (ACL)
Refunds will not be granted for:
Incorrect purchases or change of mind.
Change in your personal circumstances preventing you from attending the event.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if:
The service provided is not delivered as promised, such as a cancelled or significantly rescheduled event.
The service is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose, such as the event not being conducted as advertised.
There is a major problem with the service provided, such as the event not going ahead as planned under our control.
If your situation falls under ACL protections, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value (excluding non-refundable booking fees).

Haven't Received Your Tickets?

If you haven't received your tickets:
Contact us at info@sash.net.au, and we will resend them to you.
If the tickets cannot be resent, we can always verify your booking at the event. Bring a valid photo ID matching the name used for your booking, and we will assist you at the door.

Booking Fees

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. This is due to the costs we incur, such as payment processing fees, which are not refunded to us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to post.
Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.
If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@sash.net.au.

Liability for Other Losses

1.
Travel, accommodation, and other arrangements made by you are at your own risk. Neither S.A.S.H nor event partners will cover wasted or unrecoverable costs resulting from event cancellations, rescheduling, or changes.
2.
S.A.S.H and event partners are not responsible for loss of enjoyment due to cancellations, rescheduling, or alterations.
3.
Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused or revoked due to a breach of venue or event terms and conditions.
4.
S.A.S.H and event partners are not responsible for personal property taken into the event.
