With the January public holiday allowing us a rare opportunity to have a wiggle and a jiggle mid-week we couldn’t say no.
As gifted on the decks as he is in the studio, CHKLTE approaches music with a delicateness that defies his towering stature. With vibrant, seductive blooms and deep, syrupy booms, his subtleties climb into the ear like tendrils. Jonathan began sneaking into South Texas clubs at the age of 15 to DJ after countless hours digging through online archives.
Joining him at the helm this Wednesday we stick two slick selectas in Jay Berry & CSPSoundz together. Having both delivered for us more than a few times, we decided to see what magic they can create going back-to-back to warmup our special guest.
Taking us through the sunset session, O’Bentone is getting deep down low and hitting the house music button. CHAUX and Raki are each displaying 90 minutes of their deepest, coolest and classiest slow-mo groovers.
Don’t forget to call in sick to work early on Thursday, it comes across more believable than when you’re on your way to kick ons…
