Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of live events, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets. Please make sure you can attend before completing your purchase.

Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us for assistance.

Ticket Transfers

While we do not offer refunds, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another person. Some events allow ticket transfers through our platform. Check your order confirmation or contact us for more information.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible event (cancelled events or exceptional circumstances), please contact us with your order number and details. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Fees

In cases where a refund is granted, processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and the policies of our payment providers.
