Bookings & DJ demos: Promoter pitches, agent enquiries, demo submissions. Use the form (pick "Booking") or email direct. We listen to every demo but only reply if it's a fit.
Press & interviews: 15 years of SASH, the history, the venue, the policy. Email with publication and deadline.
Lost property: DM @sash.sydney on Instagram first — fastest. Describe the item and the date you were on the floor.
Refunds & ticket issues: Read the returns policy first. If it still applies, use the form (pick "Refund") with your order number.
Everything else: Use the form. Be specific. One sentence is fine.
