What happens after I join?
Your membership starts on your purchase date, so you can use your benefits straight away. Your order confirmation is emailed immediately. Your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass is also sent by email after purchase.
How do I use my member discounts?
At the door or bar, show the QR code on the back of your keyring or in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. Staff scan it to apply eligible member discounts. For online tickets, sign in to your account and eligible discounts apply automatically.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
S.A.S.H Residents is a $150 yearly subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Your membership stays active for the rest of the year you’ve already paid for. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Where do the Saturday benefits apply?
Every Saturday at Carousel, you get access to the priority entry queue, $5 off entry, 10% off drinks and free cloakroom use. You and a friend also get early-doors access to the members-only lounge.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. The lounge perk includes you and one friend, every Saturday at Carousel during early doors. The entry and drinks discounts apply to the member only.
How do I collect my keyring and launch gift?
Every membership includes a keyring. Join before the launch party on Saturday 26 September 2026 to also receive a free piece of merchandise. Collect your keyring and early-signup merchandise at any Saturday-night S.A.S.H event at Carousel. You do not need to attend the launch party. To collect your keyring, show your emailed order confirmation.
